Information and lineups for Saturday’s meet. Be at Fenwick at 7:45 am. The bus will leave promptly at 8:00 am.
Bring water, food, a pillow, and something to read or other homework. There might be a long wait between events. We’ll arrive at Thornwood at about 9:00am. This will give us time to set up and for the field event people to start to warm up.

Sundays at Bloom High School: anyone at any level of vault experience can participate in vault camp.
A maximum of two athletes from each school can attend. The best vaulters in our league have cut their teeth at these camps so consider participating.
You should bring your own pole. The cost is $20 per session.

This past weekend, Martin Grady captured ALL AMERICAN honors at the Footlocker National Cross Country Championships in San Diego. Martin finished 13th.
On December 5th, Martin placed 20th at the Nike Nationals Cross Country Championships in Portland, Oregon. He was first for Illinois.
Martin was the only runner from Illinois to compete in both National championship meets.

If you do not show up on Saturday morning at 8:15 am at Concordia, the assumption will be that you have quit the team.
If you quit, of course, you have forfeited your track letter (or numerals).
